Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please Note: most of all products are shipped from our China warehouse, take a look at the estimated delivery time of your order before purchasing.

We offer secure Free Shipping or all the orders!
Our dispatch time is usually 1 to 10 business days after receiving payment. It can take longer for some products.

We don't delivery Worldwide. This is is the full list of countries where we shipping our products:
Europe: Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech, Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, Ukraine.
Rest of the World: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Brazil, Russia, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates.
Note that some islands are NOT available for delivery. For example, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery Time may vary significantly depending on circumstances (e.g., type of products, location, etc.). Remember that we DONT delivery to any island.
In our experience, the estimated delivery time for different regions is as follows:
- North America: 10-40 days
- Europe: 10-40 days
- Middle East & Asia: 10-30 days
- Oceania: 10-30 days
These estimated delivery times are based on the average of all products/shipments, it is not 100% accurate for all products. We have some products that have Fast Delivery (2-10 days) and others where the shipping can take around 60 days since our main fulfillment center is located in China.
Of course, from The Meow Pet Shop, we will try to reduce estimated delivery times whenever possible.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (if the shipping company provides it). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@themeowpetshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Meow Pet Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Meow Pet Shop takes full responsibility for goods that arrived to the customer damaged. If you received your parcel in a bad condition please make us photos and send it by email.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. We will replace it or we will offer you a full refund.
Please note: if the item was damaged after delivery this will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@themeowpetshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
