Note that some islands are NOT available for delivery. For example, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Balearic Islands.

Delivery Time may vary significantly depending on circumstances (e.g., type of products, location, etc.). Remember that we DONT delivery to any island.
In our experience, the estimated delivery time for different regions is as follows:
These estimated delivery times are based on the average of all products/shipments, it is not 100% accurate for all products. We have some products that have Fast Delivery (2-10 days) and others where the shipping can take around 60 days since our main fulfillment center is located in China.
Of course, from The Meow Pet Shop, we will try to reduce estimated delivery times whenever possible.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (if the shipping company provides it). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
The Meow Pet Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
The Meow Pet Shop takes full responsibility for goods that arrived to the customer damaged. If you received your parcel in a bad condition please make us photos and send it by email.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. We will replace it or we will offer you a full refund.
Please note: if the item was damaged after delivery this will not be eligible for a refund.
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
